RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Sage + Spur Boutique, we want you to love every piece you order. Because we work with a curated network of suppliers to bring you our western-boho collection, please read our return policy below before placing your order.

RETURN WINDOW You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

HOW RETURNS WORK We offer store credit or an exchange on eligible returns. We do not offer cash refunds except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items (see below).

To start a return, contact us at smfriedrich8182@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll review your request and send return instructions if it's approved. Please don't ship anything back before your return has been approved.

RETURN SHIPPING Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Your return address will be provided by email once your return is approved.

SIZING & EXCHANGES Need a different size? We're happy to help. Within the 14-day window, you can exchange an eligible item for a different size or receive store credit. Sizing can vary between styles, so please review the size chart on each product page before ordering — and reach out anytime if you have questions before you buy.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at smfriedrich8182@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

FINAL SALE ITEMS For hygiene and other reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry and earrings
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear and intimates
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items
  • Gift cards

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS We also cannot accept:

  • Items outside the 14-day return window
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

REFUNDS (DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS) Once approved, refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at smfriedrich8182@gmail.com.

STORE CREDIT Store credit is issued once we've received and inspected your returned item. It never expires and can be applied toward any future order.
