SHIPPING POLICY
At Sage + Spur Boutique, we partner with a curated network of trusted suppliers to bring you our western-boho collection. Because your order may include items from more than one of our partners, here's what to expect.
PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Some items are shipped from partner warehouses or made to order and may take a little longer to prepare.
SHIPPING TIME
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days for US customers. Some items ship from overseas partner warehouses and may take 10-20 business days to arrive.
A NOTE ON MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
If your order includes items from different suppliers, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package, sometimes on different days. Not to worry — the rest of your order is on its way!
TOTAL DELIVERY WINDOW
Please allow approximately 7-14 business days from order to arrival for most items, and up to 3 weeks for items shipping from overseas partner warehouses.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $5.99 is applied at checkout.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only.
DELAYS
We do our best to meet these timelines, but shipping delays can occasionally occur due to holidays, carrier issues, or weather. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll help track it down.
DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at smfriedrich8182@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. (See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.)
